TRAVEL TIPS
Start Walking NOW! If you think you're doing enough
walking, add more!
Then add a bag with a camera and a bottle of water
(or two) and walk some more!
Our
buses cannot always enter certain areas of cities.
We are let off as close as possible and then walk
the rest of the way. This may be of some distance
and can take you up and down steps as well as hills.

To
get from one city to the next usually means a bus ride
of a few hours (3-5) between cities. The buses are large,
air-conditioned, with plenty of leg room and a "toeletta." The
scenery is beautiful and you can always ... read, write, or nap.
There is a comfort stop along the way to get out, walk around,
and get something to eat or drink. You can look at a map to see
the distances between the cities we will be visiting.

WHAT SHOULD I PACK IN MY CARRY-ON
BAGS? |
-
Pack Light! You don't need as much as you think
(plus you need room for souvenirs!)
-
Items of value should never go
in your checked luggage such as
cash, jewelry, medication,
travel documents and a list of
everything in your check
baggage.
-
If your luggage does not make it
to your destination the same
time you do, be
prepared and pack a change of
clothes in your Carry-On Bag..
-
You might also consider one-day
items, in other words, all the
items you would need to make it
through a 24-hour day, just in
case your luggage goes missing.
-
Purchase Euros from your bank
before you leave and have 100 to
200 Euros with you. You can get
more Euros from ATMs.
